How do I change my password?
In order to change your password:
1. Log into the site using your login and password.
2. Click on the "Account" link.
3. Click on the "Modify" link in My registration information.
4. Enter your old and new passwords in the appropriate boxes and click on the "Save" button
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address:
1. Log into the site using your login and password.
2. Click on the "Profile" link.
3. Type your new email address in the appropriate boxes and click on the "Save" button.
Once you've changed your email address, it must be confirmed. We do this by sending you an e-mail, which you need to confirm by clicking on the link in the e-mail.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe Alerts?
In the Account section of your personal homepage you can inform us what kind of alerts you would like to receive. Just check the boxes of the alerts you would like to receive and uncheck the box if you no longer like to receive a certain alert.
Why was my credit card denied?
There are many reasons why an order comes back denied by your financial institution. Most common are:

? your card has expired
? your billing address does not match the card statement.
? cvv/cvv2 number incorrect or incomplete

How do I use the Instant Messenger?
Caribbeanswingersclub.com Instant Messenger is the same as any instant message service, except in this case you are only messaging people who are currently logged in to the site. To use the Instant Messenger, you can click the "IM" link on your home page.

If this member accepts your invitation, a private chat window will open. In order to ignore another member while using your Instant Messenger, you will need to click on the "Reject" button when they send you a message.
Are there any restrictions about what you can use in you profile?
All member profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified, must be approved by Caribbeanswingersclub.com. We reserve the right to refuse any profile or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any personal information in your profile, including but not limited to: your home address, a personal beeper, cell or telephone number, a "real" email address or personal web address.
Any repeat offenders of this rule will be banned from Caribbeanswingersclub.com until such information is removed from their profile. Because this is a violation of our General Term & Conditions, repeat offenses may result in the termination of your account without warning or refunds.
How long does it take to have my profile posted?
All profiles and photos are subject to our approval process and may take anywhere between 0-72 hours to review. Any photos or profiles that do not adhere to our General Terms & Conditions or are deemed unacceptable will be denied.
I don't see my picture
To permanently delete your profile send an e-mail to info@Caribbeanswingersclub.com with the ?cancellation? and you nick name in the subject section of the e-mail.
How do I search for members?
There are several ways that you can search the database: by using the Quick Search or the Advanced Search link. The Advanced Search link is only available for Gold Members.
How do I send emails to members?
This service only available for Gold members.
1. Log into the site using your login and password.
2. Find the profile of a member you want to send an email to
3. Click on the ?Email? link
4. Enter a subject and a message in the according boxes
5. Click on the ?Send? button.
